Derek Connolly


Managing Director

With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, Derek has gathered a vast amount of knowledge and led many prestigious projects between London and Manchester.

Gary Naughton


Electrical Director

Gary has two decades of experience in the electrical business with significant experience in Industrial and Commercial electrical contracting. Led projects such as Heathrow Terminal 2.

Jonny Tierney


Project Manager

Jonny has over 14 years experience in the construction industry, gathering experience across the globe in Ireland, Australia and the United Kingdom. He has led many projects for DECON over the years, check them out in the Projects page.

Ryan Mc Manus


M&E Estimator

After working for DECON as an apprentice, Ryan went on to study Financing in University and is now the M&E Estimator working alongside the Financial Manager Brian Moriarty.

Financial Manager

Brian has been DECON's financing manager since day one, ensuring that each project is done on budget and on time.


David Proctor


Health & Safety Officer

As DECON's Health & Safety officer, David ensures that all work is carried out to the highest degree of health and safety. David also keeps track of all health and safety documents across all of our projects
